Hello, I have some questions about CEC, Study Stream.

Now i'm almost done with my 2 year studies in college. And planning to work for Canadian Business which is located in Seoul.
Still, I will report tax, CPP, and EI though I work abroad. It's helping Canada's economy right?

Does this experience count as a work exerience for CEC?

So i am asking you. Thank you for answer my questions. Have a nice day.

Unfortunately, no, the experience will not count for CEC class applications, the experience must be in Canada. You can explore other programs, the Federal Skilled Worker Program is expected to reopen in January 2013.

I will start to work at A company in Vancouver. And this canadian company has a Branch office in Korea. I will be transferred to this Korea branch office from vancouver main office after 3 months. Of course, I will get paid from Canada main office and will pay all taxes in Canada.

Does that still sound not qulified for counting work experience to CEC?

Again, no it doesn't count. Seoul is not in Canada.

You need to be physically in Canada. And they'll know this by your passport's entry/departure records
