You can't work off campus if you drop down to part time studies (unless it's your very last semester before completing your program). Be extremely careful with part time studies. In addition to not being able to work off campus while you are part time - being part time can also mean you don't qualify for a PGWP once you finish your program. Stay a full time student. Even if this means taking courses you don't need.
