Hi, I have a couple of dudes. Im in Canada living with my boyfriend waiting for one year togueter to being able to be sponsored.

I get a "job" in my country of origin. Its writing in a online magazine with a contributor contract, so theres no taxes etc in my country (it's really not much money earned). I didnt say yes yet because i wanna know if im gonna have problems.

In the other hand, i want to selfpublish an artist book that im gonna sell online worldwide, just 100 copies and really cheap book.

Can I have problems with the canadian goberment if i do any of these things?

Thanks all u! :)

What you're doing is fine as long as you are not selling to Canadians / anyone in Canada. So you can self publish and sell your book - as long as it's to people outside of Canada.

You need a work permit to sell to Canadians / people in Canada - otherwise it's illegal work.
