Most likely not. Your job will most likely be classified as a NOC C skill level occupation which does not qualify you for CEC (you have to be working in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation to qualify).

The Cook is NOC B and the job title pizza cook is showing under sub category of of cook.

Your job may not be classified as a cook by CIC since you are working at a fast food restaurant. There's a risk they will likely classify it as a food prep / kitchen attendant / counter help role (NOC 6711) which is a NOC C or NOC D

Yes but did your hotel management diploma include the requirement for a professional cookery qualification as stated under the NOC 6322 you are referring to.

I could pick up a pizza base and load it up before putting it in a pizza oven but does that mean I am qualified as a professional pizza cook , maybe to work in a fast food place but not much else beyond noc 6711.

Ultimately decision is yours to apply or not but just be sure of your interpretation of the requirements behind NOC 6322 stating need a cookery relevant qualification or years of commercial cookery experience. As Scylla says you may get lucky you may not and others have pursued this path before you so onus would be on you to demonstrate you have the appropriate qualifications to back up the experience.

Whether or not your job is classified as skilled or unskilled will depend on the type of establishment you work for. I can go either way, again, depending on the type of restaurant or food service operation.

You ask about a 'job offer," I am not sure if you are asking about the 50 points for a valid job offer. If yes, and if you are on a PGWP, you need an LMIA to have a valid job offer.

I would take the job but keep looking for another that can be easier to classify as NOC B at least.
