Hi all,

I wanted to clarify my situation. After my masters degree, I worked as an TA/RA (part time) at university. My work is contract based and I have to submit my hours biweekly.

I just realized about the limit of maximum 30 hours per week. Unfortunately, I will miss some of my worked hours. I had this situation of not working one week and when I needed to mark exams, I would work 50 hours for one week. On that time I could have split my work between two weeks but I didn't know it is necessary.

Is there anything that I can do to clarify my situation and don't lose any hours? My employees can explain in a letter.

Currently I live in Ontario and I want to apply for CEC express entry.
Thanks,

You can't split 50 hours into two weeks if you actually worked that many hours in one week. That's simply lying.
Anything beyond 30 hours doesn't count.
