I go to Canada 2months before I started my study program , and got my sin immediately ,and I started working immediately ,now I found out am not supposed to work. Am I to stop working

Man, you're in big trouble now. You should cease working immediately and later when you apply for PGWP, be ready to have a really strong explanation for your non-compliance with terms and conditions of your study permit (one of which is that you can only work for no more than 20 hours/week once enrolled in a PGWP-eligible and full-time program, NOT BEFORE your study commences).

Yes, you must stop working immediately. You are violating the terms of your study permit and working illegally.

yeah this is huge mistake from your end. As an international student it's your job to follow all rules laid down in your study permit. No one can be held accountable other than the student if they breach any condition no matter what the reason was.
Your can let them know the reason behind this in your SOP but the officer has every reason to reject your PGWP application on this breach.
