Working and doing business part time. Do I need to mention the business in my application?

Hello. I have been working full time for three years and I claimed points for it. However, I also have a business I do by the side. This business is not registered. Do I need to mention this business in my application? Will it have an effect that I was doing business but also working full time? I need help please.
