Heres the situation..
i was a full time student in toronto. I studied for full one year and got my sin. But there was just one subject that i have to do in next 4 months. So they made me part time for last semester.(September - april was full time, may to august was part time) My work permit (off campus) has no condition written of hours that i could work while being part time in last semester. I worked for 40 hours between june to august because someone told me that you did not hve any condition written and you are part time and you r part time in last semester (which is some kinda exception) :/ . so you can work for 40 hrs.
I just wanna know that was that person right ? i got my PGWP after finishing college. now i have to file tax .
there is nothing to worry about this. am i right? plz answer ::)

if your study is not in current period for full time thn u r automatically eligilble for full time work. its ok as i have seen so
many ppl worked full time when they had been studying in 1 or 2 subjects. it will no b a big issua as u have a spare time
n dont have full time school. thats preety gud

Hi! i have similar problem. I am on study permit now and working 29 hours per week while i only allowed to work 20 hours per week. I am graduating august 2013. Is it going to make some complications in PGWP? Any help would be a lot appreciated.

Yes you can work 20 hrs per week off campus.
