Workexperience teacher

Hi,

I am a language teacher at highschool (French and Spanish). I have a Belgian passport and a master degree in teaching from Belgium. I just have a question regarding the workexperience. I need one year of full time work experience to apply for the express entry, but a full time job as a highschool teacher in Belgium is 20 hours a week ( in the classroom). What can I do? I am not sure one year of experience will be enough to apply.

If you want to immigrate would also add that you would need to get licensed to work in Canada which may involve some more schooling. Would investigate if that is your plan.
