Worked over 20 hours once, PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone,

A couple of years ago I worked 21 hours on one week while registered full time (fall semester). I normally always checked to make sure my employer added my hours correctly but I don’t know how I missed this. I was paid for 21 hours and it was all taxed. That’s the only time I’ve ever worked more than I was meant to work or work when I wasn’t authorized.
I plan to apply for my PGWP soon as I’m almost done my degree and I’m terrified that this will ruin my chances. Is there anything I can do?

As it was only one time, you will be fine. IRCC doesn't have access to your taxes.
