You should assume you won't be able to make enough to cover living expenses. You don't know how long it will take you to find a job or if you'll be able to find one at all. If you find a job, there's no guarantee how many hours you will be able to work out of the possible 20 per week - and you can assume you'll be making minimum wage. You should come to Canada with enough available funds to cover your living expenses and tuition.
