I need to take my husband also with me while coming back to Canada.

What all are the possible options?

The only option is to have your spouse apply for a TRV and then travel to Canada. Once he is in Canada, you would need to sponsor him using the inland process and include an open work permit with the application. It will take approximately four months for the OWP to be approved.

If the TRV is refused, then you will have to return to Canada on your own and apply to sponsor your husband while he remains in India. A work permit will not be an option. You'll need to remain in Canada while the application is processed.
