Work Visa

Hello.
I hope this finds you well. If you have end up with a job, and the job sponsors a work visa for you, will it cover dependents? I have a dependent child and a dependent mother whom is elderly. I know my mother wouldn't be working, but I will be responsible for her as well as for my minor child.

Does anybody know it works?

Only your child would be included as a dependant not your mother unfortunately. Dependants are defined as spouse , common law or children.
