Hi guys,

Am in the process of getting reference letters for previous jobs for my FSW application.
Question - the CIC website says the reference needs to list "annual salary plus benefits".
Do you have to list the actual financial aspect of the benefits?
Or is something like "Benefits: health insurance" ok?

Reason I ask is because I don't know what the financial "cost" of some of my benefits were. E.g. one company had a benefit where they'd reimburse us for gym membership fees, but I was in different gyms during my employment and don't recall how much each one was.

You may provide your salary breakup as provided in employment letter , if no breakup is provided , you may put monthly or annual salary amount . Also have a second opinion for it as well before you proceed.
