Work Reference Letters for Express Entry

Hi, I'm preparing to apply for express entry in Ontario and saw that I will need letters from my past employers to validate my work experience. If one of my past jobs lasted for less than a year will I still need the letter from this employer? I also don't think I'll be getting any points added to my CRS score for this particular job, is it necessary to include it in my profile at all?

You don't have to include it as a reference or work experience if you're not claiming points, but you still should mention it in the personal history section.
