Does the wording of the work reference letters have to be the same or as close as possible to the wording used in the NOC main duties description? How closely are the letters scrutinised?

Should not be exactly similar however should have same meaning. Like rephrase.

Hi i have given interview on 26 april 2018 for Nanny till date didnt received any updated on same. Already LIMA approved. At the time of interview person said that will get back in 2-3 weeks till date no response.

Please advice how much time will it take to get response.
