Hello! If I have submitted my PR application via spousal sponsorship (living in Canada) already, do I still apply for a work permit separately and pay the fees? I have submitted my application 2 months ago. Thank you!

Yes, you have to apply for the open work permit separately with separate fees after you receive AOR.
