I was running my own business for almost 13 years but due to pandemic everything is on hold. I need to work for my survival as of now. when things improve I can start business using candian partner.

You should assume you won't be able to secure a job offer and work permit in Canada. It's really extremely difficult to do this.

You can go the study permit route. However this will be expensive. You'll be looking at a minimum of $25,000 to cover first year tuition and living expenses.

Another option is to return to your home country and work there until such a time as you have completed the steps necessary to qualify to work in Canada or immigrate to Canada.

Your age is going to be a significant barrier to qualifying to immigrate. My advice is that you need to do all or most of the following to get enough points to be selected:
- Achieve the highest scores possible on IELTs
- Learn French (if you don't know French already) and achieve a high enough score to get CRS points for the French language
- Complete a Master's degree in Canada
- Get at least one year of full time skilled work experience in Canada after finishing your Master's
- Secure a job offer that is supported by an approved LMIA
I understand it. Thanks a ton. will take a note of it
