hello. I had applied for work permit on 5th July 2018 and I got refusal letter from cic because my employer has failed to provide a employment fees and employment letter but attached offer of employment letter and my employer also paid fees after refusal letter I mail to cic.i attached fees receipt and offer of employment letter but still I didn’t get any updates from cic please let me know what should I do ???

It's difficult to understand when the fees and employment letter were sent - whether this was with your original application or after the refusal. Can you post your questions again but this time use full sentences and periods?

first when I applied for work permit that time I attached employment letter and my employer did not pay fees.after my application my employer paid fees.and after 10days I got refusal letter due to both reasons.and I applied for work permit on 5th July 2018.yes it was my original application

After refusal I send mail to cic in Delhi office.but still I didn’t get any revert from them

Not entirely clear what or when everything happened but you probably need to launch a fresh application and provide all required docs at the same time.

See I applied on 5th July 2018 for work permit application.my employer paid fees on 2nd October 2018 and I got refusal letter on 13th October 2018.i mail to cic on 25th October 2018 with employer compliance fees and employment letter with employment code.still I didn’t get any revert please let me know about future process

So he did not pay the LMIA application fee's? You applied for a work permit without the LMIA number?

Yes,I applied without lmia Number but after my application officers send to mail to pay fees.and same day my employer paid fees

Well that's why it was rejected. You need to have the LMIA number in your application. I assume it was for a closed work permit.

I assume you have the LMIA number now as the employer has paid all the fee's? Apply again with this number.

You submitted an incomplete application. It has been rejected and closed. You need to apply again with the correct information. They are not going to reopen it.
