i hav LMIA letter for the job of baby sitter. do i need to take ielts test ?? what other documents do i need ?

Sorry but are you serious that the employer cannot find a single babysitter in Canada, that they have advertised for 3-4 months and paid the 1000 dollar fee ? Are you sure both the job offer and the LMIA are not fakes.
