hi,
I am studying in one private college in Vancouver,Canada.My course is related with IT(with co-op). Now I completed my studies and with co-op work permit, I got job in one small software company.But that job is as sub-contract based one.My visa with expire after 6 months.I wish to get PR in Canada.For that what i have to do?I am working in IT field.In this field is here any option for getting open work permit? I am confused a lot.Please reply me….

After GRADUATION apply for post graduated work permit (PGWP). Get job in occupation of NOC 0-A-B, and apply for PR though CEC or PNP.

I bet that the OP is not studying at one of the listed schools http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp#bc and would not be eligible for a PGWP.

I am studying two year post graduate diploma in one private college in vancouver.Now our college is included in designated institution list in CIC site.In my course i have CO-OP work permit.Do i get post graduate work permit after my studies?

You are not eligible. Only degree courses at approved private schools are eligible for pgwp.
