Hi,
Currently my work permit application from one company is under process, but in parallel i have also got other company offer.
Can the work permit of my earlier company be transffered to new company? or New company has to file new work permit

There is no transfer, you need a LMO from the new company and then you have to apply for a new work permit before you can start to work.
