Work Permit transfer

Hi,

I currently have a 3 year work permit tied to my current company which started early this year.

Recently returned home to Brtian for personal reason and keen to go back to Canada fo work in the near future.
On my visa it states i can only work with stated company and only in Toronto.

Can anyone advise if this can be transferred to another company or if its even possible to return via another company?

It sounds like you have a closed work permit. It is valid for that employer only.

You would need to find a new employer willing to provide a LMO. That will allow you to get a new work permit, valid to your new employer only. Depending on what field you're searching in, there are few LMO jobs. If you want to return to Canada, you're much better off keeping this job for the time being. You can search for other jobs on your time off.

Many employers - and I the large majority - won't consider TFW.

Check job boards such as www.wowjobs.ca, www.monster.ca, and the Canadian Job Bank for positions open.
