My son is being offered a work permit in New Brunswick. He’s actually well qualified and has already applied for express entry with his wife but is losing 50 points due to IELTS band and scoring 409.
Can I use this work permit to add 50 points to his application taking him to the top of the line.
Else can he apply for Federal PR once he’s done with with stay on work permit of New Brunswick province.
