BETWEEN TIM HORTON’S INC 145 King St W, Toronto, ON, M5H 1J8v & KIZHAKKEPANANGATTU NARAYAN NATIONALITY OF INDIA WITH PASSPORT NUMBER [P2941354] (HEREINAFTERKNOWNANDCALLEDTHEFOREIGNWORKER) WHEREAS:The both parties willing to go into a joint arrangement formutual benefits ofthe terms, conditions and for the purpose here inafter stated: JOB FUNCTION:The Employee (you) shall be employed as an ACCOUNTANT and you shall also be required to carry out associated functions for the Employer from time to time . HOURS OF WORK: The hours of work shall be between 9am to 1.30pm and from 2:30 pm to 6pm. 9 hours per day. Use shall set out by employer time to time, but any event shall at all times be in compliance with the Organization of Working Time Act 1996 SALARY: The Employee (you) monthly basic salary shall be $7,500:00 CAD after Tax as Monthly allowances. Salary will be reviewed after Six months; payment shall be directly paid into the Employee’s bank account {negotiable}. And 200 CAD as weekly allowance. ANNUAL LEAVE: In accordance with the provisions of Organization of Working Time Act 1997, Eight (8) weeks’ vacation will be granted in a year. BENEFITS: Employee (you) will be entitled to free medicals, free accommodations, free lunch feedings. Air Ticket from your country to Canada and Reimbursement of any expenses you made during the processing of your visa and your work permit upon your arrival in Canada.

Very obvious fake.
 
100 percent fake nobody is going to provide free accommodation, food , flights and 8 weeks vacation. Ok I guess in. Tim. Hortons maybe free coffee and doughnuts but still a fake job offer. Do not pay any money or share copies any documents.

The organisation of working time act 1996/7 as worded belongs to Ireland as far as can see
