Work permit + Spous sponsorship

Hi everyone,
Please does anyone has information on how to apply for a work permit alongside spousal sponsorship?

I came into Canada through TRV, but I am currently working on submitting my Spousal application with work permit.
However, I can't find their online application (I have checked, maybe there is something I am missing out).

I really would appreciate any help at this moment.

Also can I apply for work permit online(when I eventually find the application page) and still submit the paper spousal application?

You have to apply on paper with an inland application.
