Hello everyone! I'm new here, it's my first time visiting this web site . I'm sorry if this post already exist. My situation gets really complicated and I'm out of luck 
Briefly about my case, got work permit plus LMO , later on got PNP, applied for PR ( on last stage now, background checking which going already for 2 month), BUT all my concerns and problems is about my work permit!!! After my first work permit was expired I applied for new one and didn't check my passport expiry date, so I received new work permit in August 2016 till Jan 2017 since my passport was valid till Jan 2017, then I applied for new workpermit saying I renewed my passport and I'm still waiting for PR , applied online , got refusal in March saying "we didn't see reason for new work permit, coz some how they didn't get my new passport copy...ok , so then I re applied again but by regular mail, and AGAIN I got refusal , but this time they saying "they don't see a Employer compliance fee payment receipt ", which was attached , but paid in Feb 2016, which my consultant who is doing all my documents said suppose to be paid once . So in his words CIC made mistake and they didn't see this receipt , so even I told him let's pay this fee again , he said No let's send him same pack of documents again, sent it in July , got refusal again in October 2017 , saying "we not satisfied with documents ". So here my situation now. Really frustrating and worry , have been in Canada for 4 years and still not a PR.
So now, I got consultation from different consultant which advised me to do one of the options which is TRP+work permit apply online to Ukraine , since I don't have any status , TRP will allow me to stay here and wait for Ukraine to issue new WP. So this is my plan. Is anyone else has similar story ?
But now my concern is , since I decided to change my consultant , my previous kinda got upset and mad , but now I need to pay new Employer compliance fee and new job offer which only he can to pay since he has access to my boss portal account , and he offered me for some amount of money do that, but he doesn't want to screenshot all the pages when he gonna make new job offer , which I was going to show to my new consultant to make sure that everything was filled right, coz as far as I know if he will make any mistakes while filling new job offer it's won't be valid, and I can get refused for new work permit. It's crazy annoying situation , and all my future life here in Canada is in dangerous situation. I really want to get my PR and forget about all of this.
I never post or share this kind of information on any web site , will be much appreciated if someone can share their thought on my topic.
Btw I'm going to my previous consultant on Nov 6 2017 to get new job offer and employer compliance fee .
