Work Permit Refused on Expiry Date (Dec 10). Spouse is PR. Restoration vs. Sponsorship First?

Hi everyone,
My Open Work Permit was refused today (Dec 10), which is also my expiry date. I am out of status as of Dec 11.
My spouse is a PR, and we are planning to submit an Inland Spousal Sponsorship.
My main goal is to get a work permit as fast as possible.
Which sequence is faster/safer for the OWP?
I noticed if you lost status you have wait till you get AIP to apply for work permit, but you restore status as visitor, you can apply till AOR, I have no idea about restore status processing time, AIP and AOR
Any advice on which path gets the work permit approved sooner?

No way to get it sooner. Restore status. Apply for inland and once you have AOR then apply for work permit. Work permit processing within Canada is currently 218 days.

Plus visitor record 183days, should i apply inland when i received visitor record or i can apply before, update my status after get visitor record to qualify use AOR to apply work permit?

You apply inland today. You can have 2 applications in process.
