Work Permit refused - Applying for PR

Hello,
My work permit was refused as I had applied for WP after 90 days from the date of my education. I re-applied for WP and Visitor but both got refused. The last refusal said, " If you apply for temporary status again, we will take legal action against you."

I spoke to some lawyers and they advised me to leave the country and apply for PR from my home country. As I have completed my education, I meet the requirements for Express Entry.

Please advise.

Advice: leave Canada ASAP.

Agreed with the above - you need to leave Canada immediately. If a deportation order is issued, it will become quite a bit more complicated and expensive to return.
