So here is my case in simple words
I am an international student on a PGWP
My passport expired and my work permit
My work permit renewal application was refused because my passport wasn't renewed on time (because of extreme reasons out of hand)
Both my PGWP and Passport expired on the same day
To save my job. My lawyer applied again for a new work permit on the same day that my refusal letter arrived (on basis that i have PER for FSW2014). I still didn't have a passport at the time.
Now I got a passport and i want to submit a copy to CPC_V to include it in my currently processing application.
Question is
Am I out of status? or because i submitted an application on the same day as my permit expired i was back into implied status?
If I just submit a copy of my passport for my currently processing work permit, would they take it into account once they open my application for processing? even though it was received on a different date than the original work permit application
I hope this is clear, waiting for some help.
thank you all!
