Work Permit Processing US Citizen

Hi all,
Has anyone gotten their approval on a Work Permit from US, under an International Trade Agreement, submitted online? I applied on Dec 26th, 2020 and my employer wants me to be there by May 1st if possible. It's been received and I got a "Submission Confirmation" on Feb 5th.
Just curious about my options as I have to give my current landlord some notice before I move!

Curious if anyone has any experience on this? I've done this as well, and am trying to get a grasp on the timeline estimate and whether it may go quicker since I don't need medical, biometrics, etc...
