I submitted my work permit application outside Canada, today I got a refusal
because I needed to apply for an ARC (Authorization to Return to Canada) but according to their rules it is supposed that I should not submit a separate application for an ARC that´s why I applied for a work permit with a positive LMIA expecting them to tell me what to do next (I exposed my case and upload the documents to prove it) my question is if it is a good idea to reapply for a work permit even when my LMIA expires soon? Thanks in advance to anyone who took the time to read this!
