Any help is appreciate with this situation i just cannot get my head around.

So to apply for a work permit you must have a job offer? Where are we finding these employers who are willing to hire us and guide us through the process? I am a Massage Therapist NOC B and would need to apply for certification in Canada which seems to make my situation extra confusing.

again any help thank you.

Employers are unlikely to guide anyone through the immigration process thats down to the applicant or an agent taken on by the applicant, although latter can be expensive and a waste of money. Employers rarely offer jobs to anyone outside Canada without a face to face so you would probably have to look at express entry or one of the other programs to see if you are eligible by in first instance going to the canada immigration site. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp having a NOC B skill is a positive start having said all that. You could search here http://www.jobbank.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng massage therapist returns a few jobs

Yes - you need a job offer and also an approved LMIA to apply for a work permit. Highly unlikely this will be possible for a massage therapist job.
