You need to find an employer to sponsor an LMIA application with a job offer. Not many employers are willing to go through the expense and effort required unless someone has skills not readily available in Canada

You don’t qualify for an open work permit. If an employer is willing to hire you an applied for an LMIA you can apply for a closed work permit. This is usually a 4-6 month process.
