Hi All,

I have recently moved to Canada on a closed work permit. Fortunate or unfortunate , i would be getting married in couple of months due to personal reasons.

Will my fiance be getting a open work permit. If yes, then how long would it take for her to receive the work permit.
If no, can she apply for PR directly through express entry process.

Do you hold a NOC A, B or 0 job? If so, they yes - your fiance can apply for an OWP once you are married. Processing normally takes a few months and there's unfortunately no guarantee of approval.

Yes Maybe, Its one of these three NOC, I am a service delivery manager and not sure on which NOC does that fall.

What can be done to make sure she gets the OWP for sure.

There's no way to guarantee the OWP will be approved. Typically people are refused due to reasons that are financial, insufficient ties to the home country, concerns they have plans on remaining in Canada long term. I'd recommend you look through this forum for discussions on this topic and read through refusal reasons. I would look through the Foreign Workers section of the forum. .
