work permit for spouse class

im currently filling up my forms under spouse class, can I apply for a work permit at the same time and which form i should use? the fact that im outside of canada

A few more details are required.......are you a Canadian citizen and do you plan on applying inland or Outland?

im still applying for permanent residency under spouse class and i am currently working in saudi arabia but im from the philippines

You only qualify for a work permit if you and your spouse are both in Canada and you apply for PR using the inland route.
