hope you can help me.
I am from Germany and I want to buy a business in Nova Scotia and apply for a significant benefit work permit (to bridge the time until we are finished in the NSPNP). But I cannot find what my wife has to apply for???????
I know the guide 5487 for the work permit and read it several times.
In the guide it is written:
Family members must complete their own application forms. However, you may submit your applications together online or at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) and use one payment receipt for the total amount.
Your spouse or common-law partner and children must meet all of the requirements for temporary residence in Canada.
And the question is, which application forms does my wife need?
The IMM1295 is called "Application for work permit made outside of Canada" - but my wife don't want a work permit - she just want to accompany me as my wife, she don't want to work? Living in Canada as a houswife.
This is my problem - I do not understand which "own application form" my wife needs to complete.
