Work permit for a dependent of a PR applicant.

hello,

My husband applied for PR application after being approved as a protected person and he has an open work permit. He mentioned that I’m accompanying in the PR application.

I applied for an open work permit before he was approved for PR but it was refused. I’m in Canada as a TRV. So, now I want to apply again. Is there a chance I can get it or am I not eligible yet??
