Work Permit Extension

I have a 3 years Canadian Work permit that expires on April 2023 , Can we still apply for the extension under the Public Policy by IRCC in August 2022 / or any other program?

P.S : I got married in Sept 2022 and my spouse is a PR. Since i haven't received my marriage certificate yet, so I am unable to file my Spousal PR.

Please advise what are my options here.
