Work permit extension

Hello, I have to extend my work permit which I got from a new employer in August. My passport was expiring so I got it only till my passport expiry date. Now I got a new passport. I have my LMO valid for 3 yrs and its clearly mentioned on my Work permit in comments section saying LMO valid for 3 yrs and issued WP till the passport expiry date.
My question is do I need to get a new offer letter from employer to extend it? Or the old offer letter should be fine to sumit my application?

All LMOs are valid for 6 months only after issue. You have to apply for thw TWP within this time

If you have a new passport you can use the LMO (which has 2 months of validity left) to apply to extend the TWP as it ts still valid. the TWP may be issued for up to 3 years.

Hi, I already applied my WP based on the LMO issued. But the WP is valid only for few months as my passport was expiring. I want to apply a new WP based on the same LMO and new passport.
This is actually a WP extension. But should I get a new offer letter or old will work?

Your LMO , present work permit .. and the same offer letter should suffice, probably you can take your employer's reference letter.
