Work Permit Extension - Error in Previous Work Permit Application

Hi All,
I am applying for my work permit extension inside Canada. In my initial work permit application I missed to specify about my C1D Visa rejection in 2004.
Does it have any negative impact on my current application? Can anyone please suggest me?
