dear friend.
i m new to this discussion forum.. hope i will get valuable information,,
submitted my application for pr on may2011
get 2nd aor from delhi on 20th august2011
get mr on 18th jan 2012
submitted passport on 16th feb 2012
passport returned on 29th march 2012 as work permit expires on 14th march 2012
i have applied for pr under fsw(aeo) from new delhi....they asked to submit my passport which i did before 1 month of expiration of my work permit.after 1 month they send back my passport and a letter stating that they need my work permit extension...
as i m in india i cannt apply for extension from vegreville so i applied my work permit from india
i asked for new lmo and job offer letter from my boss, which i recieved
after that i applied for work permit and got it within two weeks...
i send all documents and information to delhi visa office and get reply that they have forwarded my mail to immigration section
but they have not asked for passport yet(its already 6 weeks)
also i have 73 points without aeo
confused as visa office did not give information on phone
and i have to go back and join my job asap
need suggestions
can i submit my passport because i already got work visa
