You are in Canada without status and must stop working immediately. You need to apply to restore your status.

But my LMIA application has already been submitted to the IRCC. My PGWP status has no impact on My ability to work in Canada right ?

The extension submitted in Dec is what gave you implied status. Since that was refused, you are now out of status and have to stop working and apply to restore your status.

I don't understand what you mean by "my PGWP status has no impact on my ability to work in Canada".

I was just saying , my lmia got approved and they have applied for work permit right , so i will be in applied status that’s what i believed

This doesn't give you implied status. Your understanding of the rules is incorrect. You lost implied status when your extension was refused. Again, you are out of status in Canada.
