Can you pls advise me....
I came in Canada last July 17,2011 as welder in Alberta. After 6 months I laid off bec. I didn't passed the welding certification. I move to saskatchewan and got employer interested on my services. My employer apply LMO last April 2 and he received a call last friday that service canada disapproved due to lack of advertisement days.My worked permit will gonna expire this coming june 24 and temporary residence visa will gonna expire by july 17.
My question are:
1. Is there any possible way for my employer to re-apply since they are very much interested on me and they can do any support just to hire me.
2. Can I apply thru SINP and how long will be the processing time.
3. How about my stay, what i'm gonna suppose to do. I must apply now for the restoration of my extension or wait first for the appeal of my employer.
4. What I will follow for my last day stay here is it the worked permit expiration or the temporary residence visa..
