Work permit approved in GCMS notes

I applied for an open work permit on 6th March 2021 under a temporary public policy for Hong Kong residents and was approved on 1st April 2021 as per my GCMS notes and the app status is still "In progress". I have still not received a letter of introduction and an eTA. Under the finalize application section, I have been issued a document number ,the due date provided is 12th April 2021 and the status shows " in progress". I have a friend who applied one week after me and his application was finalized and he received the letter of introduction and an eTA on 14th April 2021. Should I contact the IRCC through the web form or wait for them to send me the letter of introduction?

How long did it take you to get the letter? I applied for my husband and I, and my brother for his OWP. When can we expect to get a reply? We hope to move by May.

Does anyone know how long after the application do you receive the biometrics/medical request? It’s been over a month since my application and I’ve heard nothing back.
