Hello. I am currently in Canada on a 6 month work permit as a cook. I am looking to get employment with another employer as a cook. My current visa expires on January 24, 2019. I was wondering if I have enough time to get my LMIA approved by second employer within the time frame I have left before I have to leave the country. The new employer has his advertisement going on and said he is sending to get his LMIA approved on November 1, 2018. So after that, how long will it take to get the LMIA approved? And once it is approved how long will it take for my name to be added to the application and for me to get my new work permit approved? Thanks.
