My wife studied a course in Canada from April 2017-Dec 2017. We went back to India for our marriage ceremony there. She is still in India and will be coming back in a few days.
Her visa is valid until March 31st.
My question is:
1) Should she apply for a work permit before landing in Canada, as her study visa is still valid but studies got over.
2) Also, I have added her to my PR application file as a dependent ( we are at her medical examination step)
which work permit will she be eligible for? PGWP through her studies, or will she get an open work permit on my basis. my work permit expires in October, will her duration alter?
