My work permit was approved and was going to send my passport for stamping when suddenly I needed to change my employer. My question is after I receive my new Nomination Certificate for the new employer, do I need to pay another Work Permit fees again for the new employer even if I paid it before? Thank you in advance.

What is nomination certificate? Is LMIA that you are referring or something else?

I think best would be to contact your PNP program office to know if you will be able to travel with existing approved work permit. If no then for sure you will have to pay for new work permit application.
