Just wanted some help.... My spouse & I we applied for our PR through ainp in May 2018. We are waiting as on average it takes 19 months. Hence after he received his confirmation from cic, we applied for my open work permit and same was acknowledged by cic on 08th June 2018, after that transferred to Edmonton office on July 29th 2018 and till now am still waiting for a response from cic. I called so many times already the agents told me its still under process and I sent 2 web forms and they replied saying its still being processed!! Am tired of waiting in 2 weeks its going to be 1 year since I applied. Any idea what is happening guys?? Thanks in Advance
