I would like to ask if anyone of you have experience or know anyone applying for a Work Permit as a Self-employed in Quebec utilizing C11 exemption code.
A friend of mine obtained his CSQ under QIIP and currently has in-process PR application which is taking too long. His consultant advised him to apply for a WP as Self-employed in Quebec, he registered his own company but no active operation and submitted his WP application on-line using his CSQ as an investor not as an entrepreneur or self-employed. IRCC wrote him requesting for a "letter form MIDI requesting for his early entry", neither the consultant and MIDI officer which he contacted were aware of such letter.
As I understood this letter is given to applicant at the discretion of the MIDI officer. I would greatly appreciate your replies.
